Great vegetarian meal packed with protein.
Soak 300gm of dried chickpeas for at least 8 hours, then chuck it in a food processor with 1 bunch (100-150g) of fresh parsley, 1 tsp cummin 1 tsp coriander, 1tsp salt and add garlic until the spirit of your ancestors call softly, "enough child". Deep fry nugget sized globs of the mix and and serve with pita bread, tabbouleh, hummus/tzatziki and lettuce.
