Ingredients: 125g frozen berries, 20ml maple syrup, 10ml chia seeds, 1/4tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt, water, squeeze of lemon (optional)
Method: Combine all ingredients except the chia seeds in a medium saucepan and simmer on medium-high heat for 5-7mins until berries have softened. Reduce head to medium-low, mash the berries with a fork until smooth and add the chai seeds. Cook for 10-15 mins, stiring occasionally, until a lot of liquid has cooked off and the mixture has thickened slightly. Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
