Time: 8hr + 30 mins Difficulty: Easy as Great vegetarian meal packed with protein. Soak 300gm of dried chickpeas for at least 8 hours, then chuck it in a food processor with 1 bunch (100-150g) of fresh parsley, 1 tsp cummin 1 tsp coriander, 1tsp salt and add garlic until the spirit of your ancestors call softly, "enough child". Deep fry nugget sized globs of the mix and and serve with pita bread, tabbouleh, hummus/tzatziki and lettuce.

Link: Veggie Chilli Time: 45 mins Difficulty: Easy as Jamie says it takes 15 mins but he's definitely lying. Maybe it'll take you half an hour if you're better at chopping things than I am. But really easy to make - all relatively standard ingredients too - healthy and filling!

Time: 10 mins Difficulty: Easy as Frozen mixed berries (couple of handfulls), 2 tbsp spoons of greek yoghurt, 1tsp of manuka honey, cinnamon (as much as you'd like), water/milk (to desried consistency level).

Link: Mac and Cheese Time: 30 mins Difficulty: Medium This is super easy and rich because you cook the pasta in milk. I add whatever cheese I have at home and have never been othered to make the crunchy topping. But highly recomend the mustard because it cuts through the richness a bit.

Time: 30 mins Difficulty: Easy As Ingredients: 125g frozen berries, 20ml maple syrup, 10ml chia seeds, 1/4tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt, water, squeeze of lemon (optional) Method: Combine all ingredients except the chia seeds in a medium saucepan and simmer on medium-high heat for 5-7mins until berries have softened. Reduce head to medium-low, mash the berries with a fork until smooth and add the chai seeds. Cook for 10-15 mins, stiring occasionally, until a lot of liquid has cooked off and the mixture has thickened slightly. Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Link: Slow Cooked Ragu Time: 3-4 hrs Difficulty: Medium This takes a while to cook, but has the most amazing flavour and great for freezing. I've also made it with lamb leg and brisket when i couldn't find chuck steak. Any braising meat will work.

Link: 2 Ingredient Flat Bread Time: 30 mins Difficulty: Easy as Literally the easiest flat bread recipe to make. You can also turn it into pizza by baking in the oven at 200C for 10 mins, taking out to add toppings, and then baking again for another 15 mins or until toppings are cooked.

Time: 5 mins Difficulty: Easy as Ingredients: 4 tbsp self raising flour, 4 tbsp white sugar, 1 egg, 3 tbsp cocoa powder, 3 tbsp Nutella, 3 tbsp milk, 3 tbsp veg oil Method: Combine all ingredients in a large coffee mug. Whisk well with a fork until smooth. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 - 3 mins (depending on wattage).

Location: App Store I've tried a lot of different yoga apps, and this one is by far my favourite. Great for when you're taking a lunch break... or just any time. Definitely give this a go if you find you are getting back pain from work.
