Welcome BBQ 2020

To welcome new VPS graduates, GRAS will be holding their Annual Welcome Barbeque for all new and existing GRAS members. 

If you are a new graduate you can sign up to GRAS for a lifetime membership fee of $30 here and get your ticket the BBQ for free – just show your membership receipt email to our GRAS volunteers at the sign-up table. Alternatively, you will be able to sign up to GRAS at the event. 

The annual Welcome Barbeque is a great chance to mingle with fellow new grads and meet your buddy over some food and drinks. Festivities will be kicking off from 5pm on Friday the 31st of January in Printer’s Court (between 2 Treasury Place and  41 St Andrews Place).

We are catering to all major dietary requirements and providing beer, cider, wine and soft drink for all attendees 🍔🌭🍺 

For non-graduates, tickets to the BBQ is $5 for existing GRAS members and $10 for non‑GRAS attendees.
